• Celtic waves swimming club is owned by its members
  • The management of the club will be run by the membership of celtic waves swimming club
  • Celtic waves swimming club will be run by an elected committee and in accordance with swim ireland regulations
  • Coaches committee members, swimmers, and parents will abide by all swim ireland regulations
  • All training fees etc will be paid to the treasurer
  • Training fees and coaching fees will be set by committee
  • Celtic waves will be responsible for the payment of pool hire and coaches expenses
  • You are buying into the expertise the coaches bring to the table
  • Coaches are putting their reputations on the line and taking all the risks
  • Swimmers and parents will go through an induction before being accepted into the club
  • Coaches will support swimmers
  • Parents / committee members support coaches and swimmers
  • Any concerns should be dealt with immediately between the parties involved
  • Swimmers in the programme will have a priority over new swimmers
