POLICY FOR ACCEPTANCE INTO THE CLUB

  • The club is a team effort involving all three elements – parents, coaches and swimmers
  • All potential new recruits and parents in particular will go through an induction before being considered for the club
  • Due to limited spaces interviews for final acceptance into the club will be held
  • Swimmers will be required to keep a swimming diary
  • Parents will be expected to carry out certain duties, such as parent on duty, team manager, chaperone ( e-vetting and safeguarding must be completed)  and assist in fundraising efforts
